Who is XQ?
We provide companies with a variety of ways to understand human factors and put them into practice. XQ is a combination of IQ (intelligence quotient), EQ (emotional quotient), and personality traits. Joe was a high-level executive for a Fortune 500 company right at the moment when the corporate world began to change. Right around the inception of the internet and the digital revolution, he noticed that more and more corporate resources went towards hardware and software technology, and away from the people. People began to feel dehumanized, and it all became about 0’s and 1’s. In fact, he noticed that people were being treated more like machines.

Cyrus Kennedy
Cyrus Kennedy has made it his mission to maximize the human element within organizations. With Servant Leadership at his core, Cyrus has learned that all people have unique gifts – using the right approach, those gifts can be unlocked to create incredible real-world results. By his mid-twenties, he had founded Quest Preservation, a national property management business during one of the worst financial crises in history. Starting with the maintenance of 40 homes in 2009, he grew the business to over 60,000 homes by 2012 – during his tenure he was responsible for managing over 500,000 properties.
